Applying to Lakehead-Georgian

The Lakehead University and Georgian College partnership is evolving to better serve students!

Our partnership is evolving from offering four combined degree-diploma programs and will instead focus on adding new pathways to help students seamlessly transfer between more Georgian and Lakehead programs, with the added security of guaranteed admissions.

If you’re a current student, it’s business as usual, with all programs running through to completion.

You’re encouraged to apply to Lakehead-Georgian as early as possible as all our programs have limited enrolment. All applications for undergraduate studies at Lakehead-Georgian must be submitted through the Ontario Universities’ Application Centre (OUAC). Before you start the application process, make sure you refer to admission requirements and application details for more information.

Application Fees

  • Base Application Fee: $156
  • Additional Choice Fee: $50/choice
  • International Service Fee: $10
  • Document Evaluation Fee (Not current Ontario high school students): $65

Lakehead University undergraduate application fee

  • $80 for Canadian citizens and permanent residents
  • $135 (CAD) for international applicants
  • Certain programs are exempt from the application fee.
